In this workshop, I am going to show you how you need to set boundaries BEFORE you are at a breaking point … and how to do it in a way that feels loving, peaceful, and self-empowering.

THE BASICS WE WILL COVER

DECIDE-- How do you know if you need a boundary? Is it with yourself or someone else? Getting clear on who you are, what you need, and why.

IMPLEMENT-- Lovingly implementing the boundary in your life, through conscious conversation with others and grace-filled adjustments with yourself.

ADJUST-- When and how to evaluate if it “worked,” if some adjustments need to be made to best serve you, or if it needs to be reinforced with more power.
