For a full calendar year, a community of growth-minded souls from all over the U.S. (and the world) has been gathering virtually in The Deep End to refill their cups with community care, spiritual support, and the tools and healing sessions they need to revitalize themselves, uncover their magic, and deepen into self-love.
To celebrate the 1-year anniversary of community connection, we are hosting 2 donation-based Equinox reiki circles to give you a glimpse of some of the magic we create together.
The Equinox marks the transition to a new season. It is characterized by the balance of light and dark, and for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the beginning of the Autumn season, where we celebrate the harvest and begin preparations for a winter of shedding and inward reflection.
The Equinox Reiki Circles will provide us the opportunity to honor this balance by both stepping with intention into this new season with a harvest ritual, while also allowing ourselves to rest and receive Divine life force (reiki) energy and Soul guidance about our collective path forward.
As the Deep End thrives on reciprocity, at the Thursday evening session, Michele DeRosa, a member of the community, will be facilitating a sound bath during the reiki healing alongside Mandy, so you will be able to experience the magic that happens when we come together to support and pour into one another.
Dates: Thursday, September 21 at 8 pm EST and Friday, September 22 at 12 noon EST

Ceremonial-grade cacao, tea, or any other food or beverage that comes from the Earth*
a journal
comfy clothes and a place to lie down

*Ceremonial cacao is a wonderful tool for this harvest ritual because of its heart-expanding properties. Also note that ceremonial-grade cacao is not the same thing as the cacao powder that you buy in the grocery store. Make sure that any cacao you purchase specifies that it is ceremonial-grade, and you can reference these instructions to prepare it.
**If you choose not to use cacao, you can bring any other food or beverage item that is natural and comes from the Earth: i.e. fruit, tea, vegetables, rice. You don’t have to prepare a full meal, just a few bites of something will suffice.
