The first new moon of 2023 arrives right as the fervor the holiday season dies down and we have had a chance to settle into deep reflection.

New moon are natural markers of new beginnings, and we will use this one to usher in a new way of being in 2023... one of deep self-connection, self-trust, and responsiveness to life.

Even if you have already set your 2023 intentions, you will want to be here, as this ritual is unlike any that you have done before. 

Through music, movement, meditation, reiki, and deep listening, you will move aside your ego-based intentions and hear the message of your body and your Soul for the lunar new year.

Carving out spaces where we can reflect, recalibrate, restore, and receive is the aim of The Deep End membership community. I will be sharing more about the community and how you can become a part of it during these circles.

• reflection and celebration around all of the ways that we acted in alignment with our truth in 2022

• a guided intention-setting ritual for the year ahead

• a relaxing group reiki healing

• some light intuitive movement (for all abilities)
