Hi, me too.

I’m Mandy, and I created Rising in Resilience in the summer of 2020 because I was going through a really hard time and I needed to remember my own resilience. I knew that I had the knowledge and the tools to turn the hardship into an uplevel into my highest alignment, but I needed to get grounded, come back home to myself, and build a community to provide accountability and encouragement when life brought me to my knees.

I created Rising in Resilience for myself.

It’s my greatest joy to share it with you.

What is Rising in Resilience?

Rising in Resilience is an 8-week community mentorship program that will invite you to deeply root into connection as a means to alchemize the hardship, challenges, and questions of your life into greater alignment, confidence, and personal power.

We will dive deeply into both exploring the 5 elements of mental and emotional resilience conceptually, and use tools to embody them in our lives on a personal level. We will also hold space for one another’s growth as an intimate group.

You will emerge with new beliefs about yourself and your power, new tools for processing your emotions, new habits and rituals to promote your vision, and a new community that holds you in unconditional positive regard, while calling you into your highest self without shame.

Opening Ceremony and Introductions

Week 2: Self Connection

Week 3: Emotional Connection

Week 4: Laser Coaching and Deep Discussion

Week 5: Community Connection

Week 6: Spiritual/Earth Connection 

Week 7: Horizon Connection

Week 8: Closing Ceremony and Intention-Setting


What You Receive:

  • 1x per week 90-minute recorded zoom call where a coaching “lesson” is presented, followed by facilitated conversation & laser coaching

  • 1x per week 30-minute "office hours" call where I will answer questions, provide laser coaching, and practice the embodiment exercises

  • Weekly journal prompts & action-based practices related to the topic

  • Support, cheerleading, accountability, and additional content in the online group sanctuary

  • Discounts on optional 1-on-1 coaching sessions for reinforcement

*During the 8 weeks you will be paired with another member (or multiple members) of the group as “soul sisters.” You will connect with one another weekly (in whatever way works best for you) to reinforce the learning with discussion prompts, sharing, and celebrating
